Love Island's Malin Andersson has defended her boyfriend, Jeavon Strett, after he was labelled 'sexist' on Celebs Go Dating...
Love Island’s Malin Andersson has rushed to the defence of her new man, Jeavon Strett, after his date with Charlotte Crosby was aired on Celebs Go Dating.
Jeavon faced a bit of a backlash after a conversation he had with his date, Charlotte, about how many people they’d slept with.
After Charlotte revealed that she’d slept with ’20 guys’, she then asked her date if that was ‘bad’, to which Jeavon replied: ‘That is bad’, before adding: ‘For a lad it’s not that bad.’
And Twitter was not happy, with many viewers immediately branding him ‘sexist’.
‘That Jeavon is a right tool #CelebsGoDating’, one angered viewer tweeted.
‘Thought Jeavon was attractive until he turned out to be a total sexist ? “bad for a girl” oh p*ss off ? #CelebsGoDating’, slammed another.
However, Malin, who is now dating Jeavon, has since slammed Charlotte’s comments about her man, after the Geordie Shore star said in a post-date interview: ‘Is he for real? For a lad it’s not that bad? Talk about double standards!’

‘It didn’t shine him in a good light’, Malin told The Sun. ‘They edited it pretty badly and didn’t show the real him. He’s not sexist!’
She also retweeted her man when he posted after the show was aired: ‘Disappointed in the way I was portrayed in lasts nights show – I am not sexist in the slightest. We all know how editing works. ??’.
Malin and Jeavon then showed how solid they are by Snapchatting some seriously cute loved-up selfies over the weekend.
Naww. You’ve got a good one there, Jeavon.
