Kourtney Kardashian opens up about how sister Kim's really been coping after her horrific Paris attack...
Kourtney Kardashian has broken her silence on sister Kim since her horrific Paris robbery. And it’s not great news…
Up until now, the 37-year-old had remained largely silent on her sister’s ordeal, which saw Kim being bound and gagged in her Paris apartment as five masked gunmen raided her property and made off with a rumoured $10 million in jewellery.
But Kourtney decided to give fans an update as to how Kim’s really doing when she spoke to Australia’s Channel Nine program Today Extra yesterday.
‘You know, she’s not doing great’, Kourtney said. ‘I think we’re all really still shaken up.’
‘I think she has a big supportive family and I know that [with] all of the traumatic things that we’ve been through, we get through them together as a family and that’s what family is about’.
The interview didn’t get off to a great start, however, after Kourtney initially appeared to blank the show’s hosts’ questions about her younger sister.
It seemed to be due to a technical glitch, which left Kourt explaining to viewers: ‘We just had a bad connection.’ Phew.
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star went on to say that the attack on Kim was ‘definitely’ a major wake-up call for the entire family.
‘I feel like in our family especially, [when] we go through traumatic things, our lives move so quickly at times we don’t have a chance to digest them,’ she explained.
‘But I felt like I have personally been taking time to just digest everything, and I’m still shaken up,’ Kourtney added.
Kourtney’s comments come after sources claim Kim has ‘zero interest’ in returning to her old life.
‘Kim is still figuring out what she wants to do’, an insider told People. ‘She has no plans for any public appearances. She just wants to be with her kids and out of public.
‘No one is pressuring her either. She has the best support from her family.’
It certainly sounds like it. Keep that chin up, Kimmy.
