Kourtney Kardashian is looking INCREDIBLE, no?
The mum-of-three has been showcasing the results of her hard work over the recent months, in a series of ab-baring crop tops and sheer gowns.
And now, on her personal website, she’s penned a lengthy description of what she eats on a typical day, both before and after her workout.
First up, before doing anything else, she downs some ghee – which is clarified butter to you and me. She claims that it holds a lot of vitamins and health benefits.
Then, Kourt has avocado pudding for breakfast, explaining, ‘I have it every morning. It’s great source of protein before a workout. Recently, I’ve been thinking about adding other healthy stuff to it, like bee pollen, rose water and chia seeds’.
To make her brekkie pud, the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star blends an avocado with one cup coconut milk and two tablespoons of honey.
After her workout, she explains, ‘I need to start including more protein after my workout, but I’ll sometimes have hard-boiled eggs or my signature salad for lunch.’
But nutrition experts are advising AGAINST the strict nature of her diet.
Carissa Bealert, R.D. and co-owner of Evolution Fitness Orlando, points out that Kourtney’s morning meal plan is severely missing carbohydrates.
Carissa explains to Shape, ‘The glucose from carbohydrates can help fuel your brain and your muscles for a workout. If you are very carb-weary, the time to not cut carbs is breakfast and post-workout.’
She goes on, ‘I’d love to see her eat something with more volume and protein and carbohydrates’.
