The reality star hasn't posted anything since her terrifying ordeal in Paris a week ago. And it seems that her fans are missing her...
A week after Kim Kardashian West was robbed at gunpoint, she still hasn’t returned to social media.
The reality queen has always been very active across her Instagram, Twitter and – most recently – Snapchat accounts. In fact, she’d become something of a social media mogul, racking up millions of followers, likes and views.
According to PEOPLE, her decision to suspend her work commitments and halt her activities online could cost her more than $1 million per month.
Celebrity financial adviser Samuel Rad told the publication that he believes Kim’s ‘overall brand is generating at least $1 million a month through just general posts, not including anything that’s specifically being contracted with companies.’
Well, we can completely understand why the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star is taking some time away to recover in private. Her ordeal, after all, was horrific.
But that doesn’t mean that her fans aren’t missing her.
Her followers appear to keep visiting her accounts to leave her messages of support, including: ‘@kimkardashian hope you’re okay ❤️’ and ‘there are crazy people in this world Kim take ur time and look after ur family we understand u’ [sic].
Others are asking: ‘Where are u K??’
In the early hours of last Monday morning, the 35-year-old was reportedly bound and put in the bath, as a group of masked men gained entry into her hotel room and made off with millions of dollars worth of her jewellery.
In the days following the attack, more shocking details seemed to emerge, with sources claiming that Kim had been left ‘traumatised’ by the ordeal.
Following the crime, a source told Entertainment Tonight: ‘When the incident happened, [Kim] was half asleep and was woken up so abruptly. She was on little sleep to begin with since getting to Paris. She still hasn’t fully been able to comprehend what happened.’
The source also claimed that Kim is ‘still in shock’.
We’re sending her all of our love, and hoping that she takes the time she needs to recover.
