The self-proclaimed 'celebrity prankster' that grabbed Gigi Hadid has now launched at Kim Kardashian West. But, thankfully, her bodyguard was on hand...
Kim Kardashian West has become the latest celebrity to be targeted by serial ‘prankster’ Vitalii Sediuk, as he lunged at her while she was walking along (minding her own business) on a street in Paris yesterday.
It comes just a week after Gigi Hadid was grabbed from behind by the very same person outside of a show during Milan Fashion Week.
It wasn’t cool then. And it isn’t cool now.
Kim was captured by paparazzi cameras as she was strutting her stuff in an all-black ensemble, having just left the Balmain offices in the French capital.
It was then that Vitali lunged towards her and attempted to ‘kiss’ her bottom. Yup, unfortunately, it’s true.
The mum-of-two’s bodyguard was on hand, and wasted no time in tackling Kim’s ‘attacker’ to the ground.
The dramatic video clip has been doing the rounds on social media, with Kim’s make-up artist Mario Dedivanovic uploading it to his own Instagram account.
He captioned it: ‘Look but don’t touch ? ? #Paris #kimkardashian’.
Vitalii Sediuk also took to the picture sharing site to try and explain the thoughts behind his actions.
He wrote: ‘I was protesting Kim for using fake butt implants. I encourage her and the rest of Kardashian clan to popularise natural beauty among teenage girls who follow and defend them blindly.
‘P.s. I was sitting there outside the posh restaurant to use free wifi and eating my ice-cream. When all of a sudden, the pack of paparazzi came out and the car with Kim Kardashian. I swear I didn’t know she was going to be there. So I had to come out with an idea very fast. Does it mean if I don’t go to celebrities, they come to me? Lol’.
Firstly, Kim has always denied that she has ‘butt implants’.
And secondly, regardless of whatever ‘point’ you think you’re making, invading someone else’s personal space or grabbing them without their knowledge or consent is never okay.
It’s not the first time that Vitalii has singled out Kim Kardashian in his idea of a ‘protest’. He tried to grab the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star back in 2014.
We hope he finds a better, hands-free, way to get his opinions across next time.
