The blurry picture shows the 31-year-old pouting up a storm for the camera, while Rob kisses her affectionately on the cheek.

She left a message for him alongside the picture, captioning: ‘If only you could see yourself through my eyes! I’ll forever be obsessed with you! My one and only! #MyAce’

Following the message, fans have been quick to question whether everything is okay with Rob. Worry mounted as Kourtney Kardashian also shared a photograph of her brother.

Fans quickly started commenting on the pictures. One demanded: ‘Did something happen to him? They keep posting pictures of him.’

Others started sharing messages of support, with one writing: ‘We all love you Rob! It might be stormy now but it won’t last forever xo Stay Strong Bud ❤️’

Khloe has always taken him underneath her wing, having him live with her as he worked through his darker times.

In her book, Strong Looks Better Naked, she wrote about Rob’s struggle with depression, explaining that at one point he fell into a ‘deep, dark place and couldn’t find his way back.’

Lately it seemed like things might be looking up for Kris Jenner’s son, after starting workout sessions with his sisters and sharing some pictures on his own Instagram page.

Speaking to E! News recently, Kris Jenner gave an update on Rob’s situation, explaining: ‘He’s OK. He’s just working on himself a little bit and trying to be a better Rob, so I just have to trust that he’s good.’

She added: ‘We’re all here to support him for whatever he needs, but he’s doing OK.’

At least he has a strong family around him. We’re really hoping he’s okay…
