Kelly Osbourne’s Weight Loss Secret Revealed!

Kelly Osbourne wants to set the record straight about her weight loss!

She’s told In Touch that people think she’s happier because she’s lost weight – but it’s actually the fact that she’s happy that has caused her weight loss.

Kelly told them: “People think I lost weight and then got happy, but that’s not how it works. You have to get happy first… I made a life change, and the weight loss was an amazing perk.”

Now, Kelly tries to go to the gym five days a week, but admits it doesn’t always happen (we know that feeling…):

“I do up to half an hour of cardio, and I also do circuit training, yoga or Pilates – I mix it up.

“I do cheat. I have one cheat day a week where I eat whatever the f**k I want… Never deprive yourself of anything, because then you get angry about it. People who are hungry are miserable.”
