Kate Middleton and Prince William won an injunction over topless photos

Kate Middleton no longer has to worry about topless pictures of her being published, as French courts have granted an injunction, preventing further publication of the photos.

They had already been published in a French magazine, an Italian magazine, and an Irish newspaper. If the images of Kate are republished or distributed by the original publisher, they will be fined £8060 (€10,000) and the originals must be given to Prince William and Kate within 24 hours.

A preliminary criminal investigation has also been launched by a French prosecutor after lawyers for Kate and William made a formal complaint, while they're away on the Jubilee tour.

We'll have to wait and see if it becomes a full investigation. Stay tuned! BS
