Kate Middleton might be suing French Closer magazine for publishing topless pictures of her while on holiday – but it hasn’t stopped the general public searching for them online.
According to a new survey by YouGov, a whopping seven million people have seen the topless pictures online (that’s one in five adults in Britain!). Only one per cent saw them in foreign newspapers or magazines.
The survey revealed that 26 per cent of men viewed the snaps online, compared to only 15 per cent of women.
Courts banned more pictures of the Duchess Of Cambridge being published in France after the 13 intrusive images were unveiled in Closer magazine earlier this month. Police are now searching for the photographer who took them and are allegedly looking for DNA samples around the area they were taken.
