Kate Middleton‘s topless pictures continue to be a huge topic of conversation – and now the scandal is set to make headlines again as French authorities prepare to charge the photographer responsible.
Prosecutors have been given the name of the photographer who took the pictures after Kate and Prince William launched a complaint in Paris. If he’s found guilty, he could face up to a year in prison and a £36,000 fine.
A royal source said: “William and Kate are determined to bring the person who took those photos to justice and they’re pushing hard for a custodial sentence. They want to make an example of this person.”
Over 200 pictures were taken of the Duchess Of Cambridge with a long lens while she holidayed with Prince William in a French chateau.
