Kate Middleton is a girl after our own heart. If The Duchess Of Cambridge loves a dress, she’s not afraid to wear it again – and that’s exactly what she did last night for St Andrews’ 600th anniversary dinner in London.
As you can see, Kate opted for her trusty black lace Alice Temperley gown – the exact same one she wore to the premiere of War Horse in January – only this time, she changed her accessories.
Updating an outfit with new accessories? She’s obviously been reading LOOK! Good girl, Kate.
She teamed the floor-sweeper with a red silk box clutch and her blinged-up poppy, keeping her jewellery to a minimum for ultimate impact.
It’s the Duchess’ second night out this week, and much to Prince William‘s relief, she decided to take him along to the bash. On Wednesday night she stepped out with her sister Pippa for the evening, but left poor Wills at home, choosing to take her dog Lupo as her date instead!
But last night the focus was on the royal couple’s university. St Andrews was where the pair met, and Prince Wills said he has “happy, happy memories” of his time there, and he described his wife Kate, who studied art there as his “art guru”.
They are too cute! RM
