Kate Middleton‘s gorgeous locks have scooped her another amazing accolade. The pregnant Duchess Of Cambridge has been awarded the “Most Iconic Hair Of 2012” title in a new poll.
The poll asked members of the public to vote whose hair they most admired last year, and it was Kate’s brunette mane which earned the top spot, closely followed by Emeli Sande’s edgy crop.
Hilariously, Mayor Boris Johnson came third, and the Queen came fourth. Cheryl Cole came in at a shocking eight place, just in front of Holly Willoughby.
Francesca Davies from Fabriah.com, who conducted the poll, said: “2012 has been a fantastic year for so many of the celebrities on our list but in particular Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge. She has, what we call in the industry, trend-setting hair.
“In fact I would go as far as saying that Kate is the biggest hair trend-setter since Jennifer Aniston’s ‘Rachel’.”
As for Boris, umm, we can’t say he’ll be heading up our Friday Night Hair videos anytime soon… RM
