Kate Middleton‘s bikini pictures have caused a media storm this morning, and now news has emerged that an Australian magazine has vowed to publish the intimate images.
We told you this morning how Italian magazine Chi has already printed the holiday snaps, which show a pregnant Kate strolling along the beach in Mustique while wearing a blue bikini. At four months, her baby bump is clearly visible.
Despite St James’ Palace expressing their disappointment at the move, Australian magazine Woman’s Day has now picked up the pictures and has vowed to publish them on Monday.
Editor Fiona Connolly has defended the move, telling Sky News: “The photos are what our readers want to see. Kate looks beautiful, glowing and healthy.”
She claims that the pictures were possibly taken by a member of the public, not a “photographer in the bushes”, so were not an invasion of the royal couple’s privacy.
There are also pictures of Kate’s sister Pippa who is holidaying with the pair. No British publications will be printing them. We’ll bring you more news on the drama as it unfolds. Poor Kate! RM
