Justin Timberlake's new music video for 'Mirrors' features a cute elderly couple

Justin Timberlake Unveils ‘Mirrors’ Video (And Makes Us All Cry)

Justin Timberlake has turned the LOOK office to bunch of blubbering wrecks today with his brand new music video for the number one hit ‘Mirrors’.

Honestly, it’s like watching The Notebook all over again… sniff.

Justin has dedicated the new video to his grandparents Sadie and William Bomar, and (grab the tissues) it follows the love story of a couple through the years until they’re old, grey and mirroring each others’ actions.

Sadie and William were unable to attend Justin’s wedding to Jessica Biel in Italy last year and so Justin flew slices of wedding cake around the world to the couple so they could be a part of the big day. William then passed away in December.

The beginning of the video reads: “To William & Sadie” and opens on a young woman crying, before cutting to an elderly couple folding clothes in a bedroom.

Directed by Fiona Sigismondi, it runs through a rollercoaster of emotions through several generations. It finishes with a suited and booted Justin dancing in a hallway of mirrors and catching his grandparents’ wedding rings. They were married for 63 years.

The vintage fashion is gorgeous, the scenes totally heartfelt, and it’s made us fall head-over-heels in love with Justin for making the video so personal. Check it out below and let us know what you think… RM
