Louis Tomlinson’s Stepfather Shares An Emotional Message From His Late Wife

The One Direction singer's mum Johannah Deakin passed away last week, aged 43

Louis Tomlinson’s stepfather Dan Deakin has shared a moving message his late wife Johannah wrote for One Direction fans before her death.

Dan posted the emotional statement on Johannah’s Twitter page last night, just under a week after she lost her battle with leukaemia.

Mum-of-seven Johannah – known as Jay – passed away last Wednesday, aged just 43.

The Tweets read: ‘Hi, it’s Dan. Johannah asked for me to send this afterwards. She wanted to thank you all, and to let you know that you have been amazing right from the start.

‘You changed Louis’ life, but also her life. Your support now is as strong if not stronger than ever.

‘So from Johannah one last time, thank you for everything xxx ❤️.’

Directioners were clearly incredibly touched by Jay’s words.

Replies included: ‘The fact that she thought of us even in her darkest days really makes me cry, she was a wonderful mother and woman,’ and: ‘I admire the strength of your family. We’ll always be there for you all, no matter what. Much love for all the family xx.’

Louis’ younger sister Lottie Tomlinson has paid tribute to Johannah in her own way, revealing that her newest tattoo is a tribute to her.

The make-up artist, 18, first unveiled the piece in October, but took to Snapchat on Friday to reveal that it’s of her ‘mamas lips’.

It’s believed that Lottie got the inking while her mother was undergoing chemotherapy.
