We Bet You Missed This About Jesy Nelson’s Kids’ Choice Awards Look

The Little Mix girl wasn't quite as polished as she first appeared...

It’s safe to say Jesy Nelson looked AH-mazing at last weekend’s Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards.

The Little Mix singer, 25, was channelling a vintage Julia Roberts vibe, working a plunging monochrome maxi with lace-up detailing.

When it came to her beauty look, she’d put all the attention on her peepers. Co-ordinating with her copper hair, Jesy had opted for bronze shadow and dramatic black liner.

Coffee-coloured gloss was on her lips, and her locks had been teased into loose waves. Just beaut.

Sharing photos of her look, she captioned one photo: ‘Orange eye πŸ‘€ to match the orange barn πŸ’πŸ» makeup by @heidiunlik3ly hair by @aaroncarlohair #KCAs [sic].’

But while Jesy may have appeared picture-perfect on Instagram, there was one thing about her get-up that wasn’t 100% polished.

If you looked very closely, you could see that she was actually missing one of her fake nails. Eep.

Luckily, Jesy didn’t seem too fazed. She joked to fans: ‘Soz about the nail I didn’t have time I also couldn’t be assed so I thought I’d just rock Sid the stump to the orange carpet πŸ’…πŸ½ [sic].’

LOLz. Loving your honesty, lady. And fans agreed, with comments including: ‘Tbh I ain’t even noticed till you said something. That’s how much of a legend you are πŸ’– Love and Miss you so much 😘 See you soon again 🌚,’ and: ‘I didn’t notice the nail until after I read it. U still look fabulous like always my queenπŸ‘‘πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯ [sic].’

The missing talon certainly didn’t dampen LM’s night. The girls ended up walking away with their first Kids’ Choice gong, for Favourite Global Music Star.

Congratulations to both you and Sid, Jesy!
