Celebs Go Dating is becoming one of our favourite new guilty pleasures...
If a gaping hole has been left in your television life since Love Island and Celebrity Big Brother came to an end, you might want to know about E4’s new show, Celebs Go Dating.
Yup. Famous singletons Joey Essex, Charlotte Crosby, Stephanie Pratt, Tattoo Fixers’ Paisley and Tyger Drew-Honey joined a dating agency to find true love with everyday folk (a.k.a non-celebrities).
And, naturally, it all played out in front of the cameras. For our viewing pleasure. Winning.
Geordie Shore‘s Charlotte Crosby has been pretty unlucky in love over the years.
Opening up to the professionals on the show, the 26-year-old said, ‘My last relationship was so s***. I don’t want to get upset again because all I do is cry about it. It was awful.’
But the celebrities soon went for a mingle at a singles’ mixer. And it didn’t take long for the Geordie babe to line herself up a date.
Someone else that seemed to hit it off with someone was TOWIE‘s Joey Essex.
Sure, at the start the 26-year-old appeared to get, err, a little ‘pestered’ by one lady in particular (according to social media, anyway).
But he soon found his Flo (geddit?) and asked a pretty blonde out on a date.
He took her to Sugar Hut (where else?) and it all seemed to be going pretty swimmingly… Until Joey’s date, well, burped. And burped. And burped again.
Let’s rewind. Flo took the lemon from the drink and ate it, which seemed to give her, well, ‘gas’. Awkward.

Joey seemed a little taken aback, but did the gentlemanly thing and asked, ‘Do you want me to pat your back?’
The star later decided that she wasn’t the girl for him. Hmm.
Social media had quite a bit to say on the awkward first date moment:
In fact, Flo herself emerged on social media to comment on the whole thing. And it seems that she’s seeing the funny side…
