Emma Watson has revealed that her fame since the Harry Potter movies often makes her uncomfortable in public situations, like attending university, and visiting museums.
She told the New York Times Style Magazine that she’s mobbed by fans everywhere she goes, which is why she always tries to have security with her:
“If I went somewhere busy, I wouldn’t last very long. I can’t go to a museum, I’ll last 10 or 15 minutes in a museum. The problem is that when one person asks for a photograph, then someone sees a flash goes off, then it’s like a domino effect. Very quickly the situation starts to get out of control to a point where I can’t manage it on my own.”
Emma’s been working hard on a series of movies lately, including one for Sofia Coppola, and her new movie The Perks Of Being A Wallflower is out this autumn. Could she become even MORE recognisable? BS
