Cheryl Cole And Adele Named Britain’s Richest Young Stars

Cheryl Cole has every reason to have a huge smile on her face. It’s been announced that the Girls Aloud star has topped the Sunday Times Rich List for young musicians, along with Adele and Leona Lewis.

Adele comes top of the list of millionaires in music who are under the age of 30 with a fortune of £30 million, with Jessie J, Lily Allen, Florence Welch and Duffy also making the top ten.

Cheryl came second on the list with a fortune of £14 million, while Leona took home a whopping £12 million last year.

Florence Welch’s wealth is estimated at £9 million, while Jessie J is thought to have earned around £8 million. Cheryl’s former Girls Aloud bandmate Nadine Coyle was placed as number eight with a fortune of £6 million. Eek.

But while it sounds like an amount you could buy all the shoes and handbags in the world with, it doesn’t even compare to the list’s overall richest performer, Sir Paul McCartney. The star’s fortune is estimated at £680 million. WOAH.
