Caroline Flack braved one of this year’s hottest days of the year to rock the BAFTA TV Awards red carpet last night.
Fresh from her recent detox retreat in Ibiza, the 36-year-old turned out to the star-studded London event in a gorgeous black jumpsuit that boasted a flattering halterneck and unusual leg splits.
The former X Factor host wore her caramel bob swept to the side and in loose, tousled waves, and topped off with a hot red lip and a sweep of kohl eyeliner.
But a jumpsuit like that doesn’t come without its issues – Caroline was seen struggling to walk as her leg splits kept getting caught around her ankles, but ever the pro, the presenter style dit out on the sly. Phew!
However, whilst we were all there crushing on Flack’s chic BAFTA outfit, it would seem not everyone was so enamoured with her look.
Because after the event, the presenter felt forced to take to Instagram to defend her outfit choice of the evening after receiving cruel comments.
Sharing a shot of herself in her all-in-once, Flack wrote: ‘Well …I LOVED my jumpsuit and had a great night … And I love my buddies and my fam… And that’s about it, it’s just a outfit . What a week.’
And her fans rushed to offer their words of love and support, with one writing underneath: ‘I also thought it looked great. Flattering and completely on trend. Didn’t understand negative comments.’

‘You looked fabulous!’ another praised. ‘People haven’t got anything better to do than criticise. #girlpower #getoverit.’ We couldn’t agree more.
The jumpsuit was ruling the red carpet last night, with Laura Whitmore also sporting a very similar style, as well as Claudia Winkleman.
Way to go, ladies. You can never go wrong with this chic staple…
