Gary Barlow sits on The X Factor judging panel

Gary Barlow has just announced some VERY exciting news. The Take That star and X Factor judge is going on tour! On his own!

Gary will hit the road in November, touring the UK and Ireland - and if you live in his hometown of Manchester, you're in for an extra special treat - as Gary will play TWO shows in the city.

Talking about the tour, Gary said: "I’m really excited about these dates. Playing live is my favourite thing and I haven't played a solo show for over a year now. Last year playing two London shows was brilliant, we all had such a good time, so I thought right let's get out and see the rest of the country!"

Gary played two solo shows at the Royal Albert Hall in London in 2011, where he obviously got a taster for life without his Take That bandmates.

The tour is entitled: "Gary Barlow - In Concert Plus Special Guests" - which makes us think he's got a whole host of surprise duets up his sleeve. Cheryl Cole? Robbie Williams? Oh, the possibilities!
