It is now being reported that law enforcement won't be investigating Brad after an alleged video of him and son Maddox on a plane has surfaced...
Last week was a tough old week for Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, after the longtime couple announced that they would be divorcing.
And then, Brad hit the headlines after it was revealed that he was under investigation by the FBI following an alleged ‘altercation’ with his teenage son, Maddox, on a flight on September 14th.
However, footage has now surfaced, which was taken at Minnesota Falls International Airport, which reportedly shows that there was ‘no physical contact’ between him and his 16-year-old son.
‘Brad is seen yelling a lot during it, but nothing physical,’ a source allegedly told Us Weekly.
The source added, however, that Pitt was reportedly ‘drunk’, before adding that Maddox ‘got in [his] face’ whilst trying to defend his mother, Angelina.
As a result of the alleged footage, it’s now being reported that law enforcement sources have said it’s ‘highly unlikely’ that Brad will be prosecuted.
A member of Brad’s staff recently broke their silence on the rumours, and reportedly told The Sun: ‘Brad feels terrible for the kids. He also feels that what is being said about him isn’t accurate and fair. I don’t believe it is either… He’s kind and really nice with the kids. Brad is an easy-going guy. He’s a good father.’
Another insider also reportedly told The Mirror: ‘[Brad] was not physical in any way that has been reported. He will always do whatever is best for his kids.’

At the time of the divorce announcement last week, Brad released a statement which read: ‘I am very saddened by this, but what matters most now is the well being of our kids. I kindly ask the press to give them the space they deserve during this challenging time.’
Angelina’s rep, meanwhile, released a similar statement, reading: ‘This decision was made for the health of the family. She will not be commenting at this time, and asks that the family be given their privacy during this difficult time.’
It is being said that Ange is asking for full custody of their six children -Maddox, Pax, 12, Zahara, 11, Shiloh, 10, and twins Vivienne and Knox, eight – with Brad having visitation rights.
