As far as keeping fit in Hollywood goes, no one is as dedicated to her health as Kate Hudson. With her own fitness fashion label and unflappable healthy lifestyle, she’s the be all and end all when it comes to gymspiration. And it looks like she’s championing a new workout trend that we guarantee is about to go stellar.
Posing a snap of herself in teeny workout gear, the 36-year-old actress shared with her followers the trick she employs to keep her butt toned (and no, it doesn’t involve an endless drill of squats).
With a belt tied around her waist and two elastic straps that stretch down to her ankles, Kate captioned the shot: ‘My new obsession….Booty Belt! This contraption is amazing! #ManicMonday #BootyBelt #FitnessFun #fabletics’.
We know what you’re thinking – what the heck is a Booty Belt? Well, according to the brand’s website, the adjustable Velcro belt is made of commercial-grade, double layered nylon (similar to seat belt material) [and] the bands are double-dipped natural latex tubing that stretches to more than three times the length. It also reveals, ‘not only do the variation of exercises that the belt provides actually tone, lift, round the gluteus, but the belt also homes in on the hard to reach abdominal and thigh regions.’
Ok, so exercise bands aren’t exactly a new thing but in this format, we reckon this craze is about to blow up in a big way. And, if Kate’s rear view is anything to go by, it definitely works…
