The footage, which was recorded during her Radio City Music Hall performance in New York last month, aired on NBC on Monday night.
The Hello songstress treated the audience to a variety of her biggest hits, which included Someone Like You and the track from Skyfall, as well as new songs from her new album, 25.
Adele broke down in tears on the stage, telling her fans how much she had missed them while she was away.

As the audience showed their appreciation at the end of her show, standing and cheering, she sighed, ‘oh, I’m so relieved…’
She went on to explain: ‘I’ve honestly missed you all so much… I know I’ve been quiet. I just wanted to comeback and surprise you.’
She added: ‘I thought I did quite well not crying until now.’
Wiping away the tears from her signature cateye flicks, it was clear to see that Adele was loving being back on the stage.
And we’re so happy to see her back too.
