5 things you need to know about Balmain X H&M

The excitement levels of the normally poker-faced fashion world went into overdrive last night. Why? The Balmain X H&M fashion show happened. Gigi Hadid, Kendall Jenner and Karlie Kloss were amongst the powerhouse supermodels dominating the runway.

Kim Kardashian is one of Balmain’s biggest fans. We already want all of her wardrobe but sadly we don’t have her bank balance. Well now you can get your hands on Olivier Rousteing-designed clothing at a fraction of the cost. To say that we cannot wait for the collection’s release would be a huge understatement.

2. Where can I buy it?

The collection is available in 250 H&M stores and online. If you’re in London then the Regent’s Street store is their flagship and should have the most stock. Expect massive queues so if you are heading down to an H&M store then get there super (!) early. If buying online expect the site to crash multiple times, but keep persevering!

3. How much are items in the collection?

A typical Balmain mainline garment will set you back around £1,000. The clothes and accessories in this collection, however, actually won’t break the bank. There are some pricier pieces such as the beaded dresses but the armour-style statement accessories are reasonably priced. We are also loving this t-shirt from the men’s collection (£24.99). We think we’ll be stealing that one from the boys for sure.

4. Who are the faces of the brand?

Gigi Hadid, Kendall Jenner and Jordan Dunn are all the glamazons of the Balmain Army who are fronting the campaign. We’re experiencing MAJOR leg envy right now.
