The Only Way Is Essex star Kate reveals she works out seven days a week to get *that* hot bod looking toned and fit...

If there’s one thing we know about The Only Way Is Essex star Kate Wright, it’s that she’s got one seriously bodacious bod.

We mean, she’s always had an incredible figure, but lately, her curves have been looking so on-point that we’ve been trying to decipher just HOW that hourglass silhouette is even possible.

Thankfully, Kate has decided to spill her workout secrets with her fans, and we couldn’t be happier about it, TBH.

Explaining that nope, it’s not all down to good genes, but some serious grafting down the gym, the 24-year-old said: ‘I do train seven days a week and I have a personal trainer for four of those, so I train really hard too.’

‘I love going to the gym,’ Kate added to the Daily Mail. ‘If I get up in the morning and go to the gym it just sets my day off straight.’

And when it comes to her diet, Kate explains that she’s not a slave to clean eating – instead, she tries to strike a healthy balance.

‘I don’t really diet, I just try and eat healthy… but I love eating bad as well’, she said.

‘I try and eat healthy five days of the week so that if I want a takeaway at the weekend I can have one. I push myself to my limits when I work out so if I want to have a drink or eat some bad food at the weekend, I can.’

We like this mantra.

TOWIE fans saw Kate have a hard time after her split from long-term boyfriend Dan Edgar during the last series – but Kate says working out actually helped her through it.

‘I can think straight, and it releases endorphins so I just feel so much better once I’ve been’, she said of going to the gym.

‘As long as I go to the gym every day, I’m more positive about [the split], because it’s so difficult,’ she admitted.

Whatever helps, lady.
