Made In Chelsea’s Binky Felstead’s Top Tips For Blasting Body Fat

There’s no getting round the fact that Made In Chelsea‘s Binky Felstead is looking pretty damn amazing right now.

And after a gruelling five day stint at the No 1 Boot Camp in Ibiza, Binky’s trainer has some tips to spill about how the star dropped two dress sizes in just under a week.

Of course, we’re not about counting calories or losing weight over at LOOK – we’re all about looking and feeling fit, strong and healthy. And that’s exactly what Binky’s trainer Wez’s mantra sounds like, too.

Kicking off the day at 6:30am, Wez started Binky off with two morning circuits and 45 minutes of cardio exercises before lunch (wowza).

In the afternoons, Wez sent Binky on a healthy hike followed by either strength/conditioning stretches or yoga on the beach.

‘It is super-strict but that is what I need’, Binky toldย The Mirrorย of her experience. ‘Getting up at 6.30am does take some getting used to, but it is worth it when you see your body at the end of the week.’

When someone destroys over a pound per day and torches 3.4 inches in two and a half days it shows that they have discipline to eat right and train hard. @binkyfelstead turned up for every session, pushed limits and asked questions of herself. We did extra workouts sometimes two in one day but she always had enough fuel inside to burn properly, safely and effectively. @binkyfelstead you are an inspiration to all women out there and your work ethic and attitude is second to none. And her trainer Wez was clearly impressed with the MIC’s determination, as at the end of the five days, he shared a gushing tribute to his client, writing:
