It's that time of year again!

What To Wear To V Festival This Weekend

Festival season is well and truly upon us, and this weekend we’re headed to V Festival in Chelmsford to bask in the sunshine (hopefully). But sometimes, dressing for a festival can be a wee bit tricky, so you might currently be wondering ‘WTF do I wear?’

Well, never fear. Whether you want something preppy, rocky, quirky or vintage inspired, we’ve got it covered.

Boho

If you’re in love with this season’s ‘70s trend, this look is for you. Team denim minis and floaty frocks with tribal and Aztec prints for a relaxed feel (when the festival’s over, you can totally wear this Topshop mini with knee-high boots). Fringing is key, but don’t go overboard – stick to either boots or a bag. Beauty-wise, fresh, dewy skin and a pretty pop of coral are perfect partners.

Girly

Girly girls can sometimes find it tricky to find festival-friendly frocks, but this H&M number ticks all the boxes. It’s super pretty, yet loose and swingy enough for you to stuff your face with wood-fired pizza, cider and cheesy chips all weekend. White Converse go with everything, but in this instance they add a layer of laidback cool to the rest of your preppy basics.

Grungy

Studs and chain details scream ‘I’m with the band’ and might, just might even bag you your very own rock star boyfriend. A slouchy t-shirt maxi is appropriate whatever the weather, but make sure you pack a cool cover-up for the evenings when it gets chilly. The blue in this Topshop camo jacket adds a much-needed pop of colour without looking too girly.
