Olivia Wilde and Emily Blunt wowed in custom Prada.

We’re In Love With Prada’s Met Gala Girl Gang

Among the memes of Rihanna and SJP at this year’s Met Gala, there was a certain duo making us swoon, big time. We’re talking about Olivia Wilde and Emily Blunt, both clad in custom Prada, making for one fierce (albeit quite small) girl gang.

British beaut Emily opted for an embroidered gown, complete with a complimentary navy embellished cape that very much echoed the night’s theme, China: Through the Looking Glass. The delicate lilac colour and oriental print offset the Devil Wears Prada star’s radiant skin tone perfectly, while her statement berry lip and dazzling Anna Hu earrings were the perfect finishing touches.

The 32-year-old may have stepped out in her Christian Laboutin peep-toes without husband John Krasinski, but we spied beloved Love Actually actor Bill Nighy posing up a storm on the red carpet alongside Emily.

Looking equally as fabulous in a plunging, bejeweled Prada beauty, Olivia Wilde ascended the famous Met steps with partner Jason Sudeikis (also in Prada, natch). 31-year-old Olivia made sure to give her frock extra weight by pairing it with a bevy of Asian-inspired accessories including long embellished gloves, a satin headband and pink platform heels.

Having seen some pics of Olivia partying up a storm with the likes of Lady Gaga and Kristen Wiig, we think we’d do well in the Prada gang. In fact, we noticed a few loyal designer clans at this year’s Met Gala, with Carey Mulligan and Gaga in Balenciaga, Diane Kruger and Dakota Johnson repping Chanel and Madonna in Moschino with Katy Perry.

We suggest you check out our gallery to see all the red carpet action. And then you can decide which girl group you’d choose.
