WATCH: Shop Our London Fashion Week High Street Looks

During London Fashion Week, we’re committed to bringing you the latest news straight from the catwalks, and we like to champion the Great British High Street as we do so. And in true benevolent fashion, we thought we’d show you exactly what we’re wearing to see the shows, and let you shop your fave pieces for yourselves.

First up, our Editor, Ali Hall, talks us through her look. We have to say we’re a tiny bit obsessed with her satin midi skirt from Coast. The full shape makes it a camera-ready statement piece, but thanks to the colour it’s easily adaptable for daytime, too, as Ali proves by teaming with a striped Ted Baker top, mesh peep-toe booties from French Connection, and a trusty biker jacket thrown over the top.

Next up, our Deputy Editor, Maria Coole, is working a classic mac from M&S (which also comes in bright pink), which might just be one of our ultimate staples. As Maria shows, it works with midis as well as jeans, and will be an all-weather investment your wardrobe will thank you for. We’re also hankering after Maria’s amazing Orla Kiely flats, available at Clarks now. We might have to slip those in our basket…

Lucy Wood, our Head of Fashion News proves that Topshop’s Jamie jeans are one of the best buys you can make, dressing them up with her incredible floral Hobbs coat and some snazzy Asos shoes. As Lucy tells us in the video, she’s a bit of a Jamie jeans addict, and has managed to snap up a pair in just about every colour! Well, when they’re stylish and comfy, what’s not to love?

Finally, our Deputy Fashion News Editor, Gemma Gow, works Asos’ amazing dungaree jumpsuit with a Zara knit layered underneath, topped off with some irresistible Office brogues, and a pop of colour thanks to that Zara arm candy.

We’re pretty sure that’s the pick of the high street right there, but you might want to get cracking and fill your baskets before we beat you to it!
