When news of Prada’s beautiful ‘Print Collection’ landed in our inbox, we did a double take. As any Prada fan will know, prints are their speciality – Miuccia even has her own textile library – but the new collection, inspired by the 1950s, features a single dress in a range of fabrics and archive Prada prints with prices starting at £425 (going up to £475 depending on fabric and print), which is decidedly purse friendly in designer terms. The designs are matched to delicate ribbon topped ballerina pumps at £235 and chain strap silk shoulder bags (prices are yet to be confirmed).
