Emma Hill Leaves Mulberry: Shock News!
Rocking the fashion world this morning is news that Emma Hill is leaving her position as creative director of Mulberry after six years. Fashion resource site WWD have reported that the move is due to disagreements with management over creative and operational strategy.
The news will send shockwaves through the fashion industry as Emma, who took over from Stuart Vevers back in 2007, was the driving force behind the British heritage label becoming a major fashion player, boosting profits to nearly £45 million just two years after joining the brand.
Hill's career highs at Mulberry include winning the Best Designer Brand prize at the 2010 British Fashion Awards, creating some of the label's most covetable arm candy including the Alexa and the Del Rey, and dreaming up the whimsical catwalk show themes that have become the highlight of London Fashion Week, from enchanted forests to sunny seasides - not to mention the celeb-packed, champagne-fuelled after parties! Oh, and being awarded a CBE for services to the fashion industry in November last year.
With a stint at Marc Jacobs on her CV too, we can only assume Emma will go on to great fashion things, so watch this space to find out what the future holds for her and one of our most-loved Brit brands.

Primark's Never Been Better For Wedding Guest Dresses
It's the ultimate do-I-don't-I question. Is spending less than £20 on a Primark dress to wear to a wedding, acceptable?
When they look as swish and high-end as this pretty watercolour-print frock, our answer is definitely yes!
In an age where every outfit gets posted up on social media, it's the ultimate sin to be caught out wearing the same dress. Our solution? Hit Primark, pronto.
Plus, when we hit high street megastore Primark last weekend, we spied plenty more pretty party dresses, especially ones in a flattering prom shape. Trust us, they wouldn't have looked out of place on a Miss Selfridge or Zara rail.
Dress yours up with vintage accessories and a statement lip to really give off the impression you've spent more on your wedding guest frock.
Ladies, Primark's wedding guest dresses are our little secret!

Olivia Palermo's Under £30 Zara 'It' Skirt - We Love!
Olivia Palermo might have the world's hottest designers practically queuing round the corner to dress her, but that doesn't stop this savvy style-maven from rocking a hot piece of our very own high-street...
The gorgeous reality TV starlet stepped out in seious style for the SKYY Vodka Governors Ball in NYC, working a sleek sequin jacket and layered bangles, ditching her usual sky-high heels in favour of some comfortable snakeskin pumps.
However, it wasn't her unexpected shoe choice that really caught our eye, it was her £29.99 Zara skirt! We think the zebra print motif feels so much fresher than failsafe leopard and, because of it's monochrome colour palette, it'll work just as well for the office as it will for a night out. Not bad for £30, eh?
The skirt may be sold out online, but our fashion team have spotted the mini in store just this week. So head on down to your closest Zara store now and snap this beauty up before it gets the Palermo-effect and sells out!

Jeans: LOOK's Top Denim Edit!
Jeans shopping is the one fashion-related task that makes us (and the entire female population) feel stressed before we even start. But, your denim woes are now over.
From Matalan to MiH, our Fashion Assistant Hannah Eichler has scoured the denim rails for all the best jeans to suit YOU – hurrah!
LOOK's denim awards for the best jeans go to (drum roll please)...
Best For: Defining Your Silhouette – Uniqlo UJ Jeans
Available in skinny, super skinny and middle rise cuts, Uniqlo's ultra stretch jeans are designed to define your legs and enhance your silouette. The clever technology (90% stretch recovery to be precise) means they'll keep their shape all day, plus the cotton and spandex fabric hugs your figure all day long.
Best For: Hugging Your Curves – Matalan Smooth & Shape Jeans
Designed with curvy girls in mind, Matalan's Smooth & Shape jeans come with in-built shaping technology to hug and flatter your curves. The centre seam lengthens your legs and slims your tummy, and they're even made to lift and shape your bum. Prices start at £15 - hit the website now, where we've spotted amazing deals including two for £20 and three for two on their amazing denim ranges.
Best For: Catering For All Shapes – M&S Body Shape Denim
M&S's revolutionary new Body Shape Denim range has been developed for three key body shapes. The Marilyn jeans are designed with a classic hourglass figure in mind, hugging rounded hips and a smaller waist, and generous in the thigh. The Lana fit is ideal for more straight-up-and-down types with a less-defined waist and smaller hips. And the Eva jeans are perfect for pear-shapes, flattering those with curvy hips and a smaller waist. Check out the website now, where the ranges are on sale for as little as £12.50!
Best For: A Celeb Bum – MiH Jeans
Short for Made In Heaven, the secret of MiH jeans are the larger bum-minimising back pockets and higher waists. In a wide selection of cuts and washes (we defy you to find a larger range), we recommend The Boston for the high-rise slim leg, The Marrakesh for the flattering flare and The Paris for the cropped ankle-grazing style. They've been dubbed the best-fitting jeans by celebs including Kelly Brook, Kim Kardashian and Jessica Simpson, and from this month you can even get them hand embroidered with your initials – choose from 10 thread colours and two fonts. Pricey they may be, but our Hannah bought a pair eight years ago and they are STILL going strong.
Best for: Leg Slimming – Next Lift, Slim & Shape Jeans
Next's Lift, Slim & Shape jeans do exactly what they say on the tag! The jeans are designed with a hidden support panel to hold in your tummy and clever seaming to uplift your bottom. Plus they've got the largest range of leg lengths, with petite styles going from sizes 6 to 18 to fit leg 27.5in, and tall styles going from sizes 8 to 18 to fit inside leg 35.
Best For Petites (like me!): Topshop Super Soft Skinnies
Our Hannah is curvy but petite, so was always scared of Tophop Baxter jeans (she always found they were too big round the waist but too tight around the legs), but she'llll never look back now she has tried their super soft Leigh jeans. The stretchy fabric means they hug curves (in all the right places), they keep their shape all day long, and the pockets are super flattering on my bum, too. Plus their ankle-grazer styles are amazing as they are perfect for petite girls who love showing off their shoes with a subtle ankle flash! Our Hannah has had LOADS of compliments on them every time she's worn them, so they come highly reccommended!
Best For: Beautifying Your Pins - Wrangler Denim Spa Jeans
Infused with essential oils and moisturisers, Wranger's new jeans are a spa treatment in denim form! Available in three super soft finishes, the jeans moisturise and soothe your skin as you wear them - The Smooth Legs finish contains proven anti-cellulite agents such as algae extracts, retinol and caffeine to reduce 'orange peel' skin, The Olive Extract finish tones the legs thanks to hydrator squalene oils, while The Aloe Vera finish provides anti-inflammatory properties for senstive skin.
