The Little Mix Ladies Wow In A 60s-Inspired Shoot

Little Mix definitely suit the retro look.

Jesy Nelson, Perrie Edwards, Leigh-Anne Pinnock and Jade Thirlwall are working some very cool 60s-inspired ensembles in their new shoot for The Beat magazine.

We love 22-year-old Jade’s patterned red twinset, which has been offset with a yellow polo neck jumper.

Perrie, 21, is rocking an oversized camel coat and skinny jeans while Leigh-Anne Pinnock, 23, is summery in a neon jacket.

Romford-born Jesy, 24, goes for a slightly different feel in a racy Bardot mini. The black design features a sexy lacy trim and has been paired with a statement silver necklace and knee-high boots.

In the magazine, the ladies open up about their ultimate music idols.

While Leigh-Anne reveals that she’d love to sign Beyonce Knowles to the band, the girls all agree that the Spice Girls are their all-time faves.

‘We absolutely love Sporty Spice and Baby Spice, we’ve met them loads of times and they’re so lovely,’ says Leigh-Anne.

‘I still call them by those nicknames actually. Imagine us doing a collab with the Spice Girls!’

Perrie adds: ‘I wouldn’t be able to get on the vocals! I’d be dead on the floor! Mel C was in our Word Up video and that was enough drama for me for one day.

‘I can’t breathe when I’m around them, it’s weird. They’re incredible.’

It’s a little surprising to hear Perrie to say this – she actually saw Victoria Beckham and co when she watched her fiancé Zayn Malik perform with One Direction at the 2012 Olympics closing ceremony.

But unfortunately for Pezza, she didn’t quite have the courage to ask for a selfie with VB.

‘I didn’t speak to them… they were just walking down the corridor,’ she says.

‘It felt like I was watching the movie because they were all holding hands. Geri’s so crazy in real life. She told me she loved Little Mix and what we were about and I had a tear in my eye.’
