Want to stand out from the fashionista crowd? Ironically, look to camouflage as the print to wear right now. Ever since Balmain sent his military-clad army of models down the catwalk earlier this year, we’ve been witnessing a steady procession of celebs, street stylers and models getting involved in wearing khaki, and the latest version comes in rocking camo with a relaxed/glamorous feel.
Dress up your camo like street styler Hollie Sp, who paired her Topshop skirt with layered necklaces and heeled Zara sandals, or make like Jourdan Dunn and opt for camo all round for a laid-back, yet luxe, evening look. It’s worth bearing one thing in mind, though – camouflage always looks best when it’s fitted in some way. When you see shapeless, read unflattering, and where there’s baggy there’s just wrong. Instead, stick to something tailored. We’re thinking camo couture!
