So Jeremy Scott’s New Perfume Is In A Trainer?

It’s true folks, the Moschino designer and eccentric fash pack fave has created a new perfume, and the bottle is amazing.

Following on from his first perfume, Moschino ‘Toy’ , which was housed inside an adorable teddy bear wearing it’s own Moschino t shirt, Jeremy Scott has come up with an even more outrageous bottle.

As part of his collaboration with Adidas Originals, Jeremy has expanded his collection into a perfume that comes packaged inside none other than a mini replica of his winged Adidas high tops. Totally awesome, and totally Jeremy Scott. We would expect nothing less from the man that made Spongebob Squarepants high fashion.

Drawing inspiration from the Greek god Hermes, the bottle is definitely a showstopper, but what does it smell like? Well, if you were thinking old trainers you’d be wrong. Including notes of “white towels freshly laundered on a summer’s day” along with your more usual ingredients of rose, bergamot and white pepper, the perfume aims to give off ‘ a spirit of freedom and optimism’. Fancy.

With a campagin shot by legendary photographers Inez and Vinoodh and a super-collectable novelty bottle (the trainers comes burrowed in a shoe box no less), we’ve got a feeling Jeremy might have the sweet smell of success in his sights.

Jeremy Scott x Adidas Originals perfume is available from February.
