Miranda Kerr’s 15 Minute Morning Miracle Routine

Miranda Kerr has just revealed that it only takes her a mere 15 minutes in the morning to transform into a glowing supermodel goddess. Okay, we are totally trying this one.

Apparently, the Victoria’s Secret beauty abides by just a few simple morning rituals to get her looking perfectly polished and catwalk ready. And guess what? She’s listed them on her blog so we can all do the same and (hopefully) end up with one Kerr-worthy morning glow.

Writing on her Kora Organics site, she said: ‘I usually have very little time in the mornings, especially with a toddler, so with these simple skin and beauty steps I can get out the door in 15 minutes.’

First up: ‘I drink a glass of warm water with the juice of half an organic lemon each morning. Warm lemon water in the morning helps kick start the digestion process for the rest of the day.’

And next? Dry body brushing, Miranda says. ‘It’s a great way to get the circulation going, remove dead skin cells, aid lymphatic drainage, detoxify your system and keep your skin smooth all over.’

‘I start with my feet and legs and work my way up in quick gentle strokes…it needn’t be too time consuming and just takes a few minutes before jumping into the shower.’

Next up: hair. After washing the night before so it can dry naturally overnight, Miranda reveals: ‘All I have to do in the morning is style it. At the moment I prefer a low braid or a high topknot, as they both require little time and effort but still look feminine and polished.’

And then? After a quick slap of tinted moisturiser, it’s time to get made up. ‘I apply two to three coats of mascara’, says Miranda. ‘To finish off my look I apply lip balm if I want a more natural look, or a tint or lipstick in a shade of red if I want to make more of a statement.’

On healthy green juice later and she’s out the door, ready to face the day. Sounds a bit longer than 15 minutes to us, but hey – if it makes us look as hot as Ms K, it’s worth a go.
