Millie Mackintosh has been busy. London Fashion Week busy.
In between dashing to and from different LFW events and catwalk shows, our Millie has also managed to make sure that her presence is being felt at all the most exclusive afterparties, and Saturday’s star-studded Nicholas Kirkwood bash was no exception.
The former Made In Chelsea star certainly upped the ante when it came to making grand entrances, rolling up to the swish afterparty in a custom-made DeLorean car – but it was the plunging neckline and daring thigh-split of her Rixo midi dress that set tongues wagging. London-based label Rixo, founded by ex-Asos buyers Orlagh McCloskey and Henrietta Rix, is something of a *hot* style insider tip right now, yet fashion-forward Millie has been quick to buy into the brand. Simply accessorized with a slim gold belt, sandals and delicate necklace, Millie looked every inch the LFW darling, and the peachy coral colour certainly complimented the star’s sun-kissed skin tones and brunette locks perfectly.
And after rubbing shouders with the fash’ elite at the British footwear designer’s event, Millie then headed off with TV prsenter pal Poppy Jamie to see Ellie Goulding’s intimate concert at Camden’s Roundhouse which opened the iTunes festival season on Saturday night.
Millie showed Ellie some twitter love by sharing these words later that night:
‘Spine tinglingly beautiful @elliegoulding #yoursong @ Roundhouse’
Naww. All the love huh ladies?
Millie has been leading the charge when it comes to attending all the best LFW events the annual calendar has to offer, kicking off the season in the style by attending the Felder Felder catwalk event on Friday. Not to be deterred by the *horrendous* Great British weather, Millie still managed to look effortlessly fab taking shelter under an umbrella with fashion blogger Rosie Nafousi.
