We didn’t think it was possible, but it sounds as though Michelle Keegan and Mark Wright’s wedding may actually have been a bit too perfect.
Mark’s older sister Jess has revealed that the couple’s guests ended up feeling pretty lacklustre after having such an amazing time at the nuptials on 24 May.
‘Everyone was so down after it had finished, everyone was like: “Oh no,” because it was such a big weekend,’ Jess, 29, revealed on Lorraine earlier today.
‘We had so many family there, loads of our friends, it was just an amazing day. Very emotional, obviously Michelle looked amazing and they’re very happy. It’s like the fairytale isn’t it?
‘They’re very, very happy. I think in life sometimes you find the absolute one, you get on well and you’re compatible, [it’s] just an amazing relationship.’
Michelle Keegan and Mark Wright finally opened up their wedding album last week.
Mark, 28, treated us to a selection of pictures from the ceremony at Suffolk’s Hengrave Hall – and we could totally see why it was so special.
After seeing that Mark had been uploading photos to Twitter, his family members couldn’t help posting a few snaps of their own.
Jess, 29, posted a stunning shot of the couple and Michelle’s bridesmaids outside the venue, which she captioned: ‘Wonderful day.’
She also showed us a cute picture of the girls joking around together.

Then Mark’s younger brother Josh took to Instagram.
His selection included an adorable image of the top table laughing during the reception.
The 25-year-old – who acted as Mark’s best man – also gave us a look at his own moving speech.
Mark’s original images showed guests getting ready ahead of the nuptials, loved ones mingling at the church and their wild after party.
Jess and the youngest Wright Natalya served as two of Michelle’s bridesmaids and in a particularly pretty shot from the pre-wedding preparations, the pair smile as they show off their personalised dressing gowns.
How similar do they look?! And kudos to Michelle for picking such cute kaftans.
From the photos Mark shared from inside the venue, you can tell just beautifully it had been decorated with bouquets of bridal-inspired white flowers.
In a shot of the ex-TOWIE star and his groomsmen waiting at the altar, it’s obvious just how nervous he was before seeing his bride for the first time. Both Mark and Josh are pulling some very serious faces.
Mark admitted that he was feeling pretty anxious, captioning the picture on Instagram: ‘The best but most nerve wracking moments of my life !! Me and the boys !!’
The group all looked super-dapper. Mark and Michelle’s theme was Hollywood glamour and that was clear with the lads’ attire of tuxedos and bow ties.
The lovebirds’ dads both seemed very excited about their children get hitched as they grinned at the camera. Mark also jokingly captioned a snap of him and Michelle’s Coronation Street co-star Antony Cotton: ‘@antonycotton are you sure it wasn’t us who got married !!’
It looks like things got pretty raucous at their reception.
Mark could be seen lifting his new bride up, dancing with his pals and showing off his skills as he got down on the dance floor.
The hunky star told fans: ‘It’s safe to say us and our crowd know how to party !! #weddingmemories… And me a bit too much !! Haha.’ It was your wedding day, Mark. You were allowed!
It basically looked like a lot of fun was had by all. Just check out Jess’s moves! (and that pretty coral midi).
Huge congratulations, guys.
