LOOK Loves: Lose Your Marbles Over The New ‘It’ Print

We’ve been mad for marble prints ever since we clocked Rihanna in this Stella McCartney look from the 2012 evening collection, and since Christopher Kane, 3.1 Phillip Lim and Kenzo have all followed suit, we can’t wait any longer to get our hands on these stylish swirls. Thankfully, we’ve spotted the trend all over the high street, adorning tailored shifts, edgy tees and office-appropriate skirts.

We’ve featured a few of our faves in this week’s magazine, including this asymmetric, summer-ready peach frock from Scarlett B at Dorothy Perkins, which we want to wear with minimalist black heels and a tailored cover-up. While the print speaks for itself and works wonders as a major style statement, we’re also pretty taken with a full-on marble mix-up, although colours and silhouettes need to be kept similar à la Stella McCartney’s long-sleeved, full-skirted evening dress. Ditch the spring florals and add marble to your print repertoire –you’ll be the talk of the fashion town.
