When LOOK’s Fashion News Editor Lucy Wood was invited to meet world-famous fashion guru Karl Lagerfeld in Paris, it was a real OMG moment! After all, this is the man responsible for making Chanel seriously covetable and celebs like Blake Lively, Keira Knightley, Lily Allen and Alexa Chung red-carpet fabulous. At a rooftop soirée at The Pompidou Centre in Paris, Lucy Wood rubbed shoulders with the A-list for the launch of Mr Lagerfeld’s new super-cool, limited-edition Diet Coke bottles. The champers flowed, an army of waiters dressed as Karl Lagerfeld clones to serve his own design Diet Coke bottles, and Lou Doillon and Lily Cole showed up for a boogie. When the paps stopped snapping him, Lucy Wood grabbed Karl Lagerfeld for a chinwag about his new Diet Coke designs, his ultimate style rules and why he loves H&M and Topshop.
