Mitra Khayyam created Blood Is The New Black back in 2004, printing the works of emerging artists, designers and photographers on T-shirts to help launch their careers and support the underground art movement.   

The autumn/winter 2011 fashion collection is crammed with designs by over 30 artists, and with Twilight’s Kristen Stewart and The Kills' Alison Mosshart already big fans of this hip LA fashion label, we’ve no doubt it's going to be mega-popular.
