Kim Kardashian’s First Selfie Of 2017 Features A New Piercing

The mum-of-two is now back on social media with a bang... And sporting some new metal in her mouth

Kim Kardashian has shared her first selfie of the year. And there’s something different about her…

The 35-year-old made her grand return to social media yesterday, posting her first photo to Instagram in months that featured a cute family portrait of her, Kanye, North and Saint.

And now, she’s followed up with her first selfie of 2017 on Snapchat, and oh look, she’s got a lip ring!

Sharing a shot of her and mum Kris Jenner in the car, with Kim rocking a plunging black blazer, silky straight hair in a centre parting and an edgy lip ring, Kim wrote: ‘First selfie of 2017 w my mama’.

Kim also sported the rocky piercing (which is not real, people) at Kris’s Christmas Eve party, where she wore a silky gold custom made Alexander Wang dress and a choker to go with it.

But as ever, when one of the Kardashians tries out a new look, not everyone’s going to love it. And some fans have already been airing their disapproval over Kim’s new metal.

Kim also rocked a fake lip ring to Kris Jenner’s Christmas Eve party…

‘The ring lip..not cute!😜’, commented one fan.

‘Is that a real piercing? That will leave a hole in your face’, observed another concerned fan.

However, others have been praising Kim’s alternative accessory, with one writing: ‘Her lip ring is so hot!’

As well as showing off her new lip candy, Kim has also been gushing over son Saint, with the mum-of-two sharing the most adorable snap of her and her bubba on Instagram last night.

Showing Saint attempting to stand n a cute red velvet onesie and Kim crouched behind him in an oversized white t-shirt and tan lace-up boots, Kim captioned the image: ‘my son ❤.’

Aw.

We’re loving Kim’s return, and it wouldn’t be Kim if she weren’t constantly pushing those style boundaries now, would it?
