This Is What Kendall Jenner’s Catwalk Diet Looks Like

Kendall Jenner has now become one of Fashion Week’s most in-demand strutters, packing in Balmain, D&G and Tommy Hilfiger and much more in the past month alone.

But all of that runway sauntering requires some serious body prep beforehand. And Kendall’s been spilling her model secrets to E! News…

So what’s her go-to health kick for the ultimate model bod? ‘I usually start my day off with a cup of detox tea,’ 18-year-old Kendall said. ‘I have, like, 12 cups a day.’

Apparently, her favourite is Kusmi’s lemongrass and green tea flavoured Detox Tea as it helps her to feel lean and energised. We’ll be stocking up on plenty of boxes of that for a KJ glow, then.

The reality TV star added that apples are her favourite between-show snack, and explained that she sticks to a balanced diet to keep her energy up, consisting of ‘loads of fruits, vegetables and lean proteins.’

But before you go thinking Kendall’s been busting a gut in the gym to hone that catlwalk-worthy figure, think again. ‘I like running. I’ve been trying to get back into it’, she said before lamenting that her hectic FW schedule has left zero time for any workouts.

Finally, what about her best beauty secret? ‘Just getting a good amount of sleep. I feel like I at least need about seven hours, eight hours of sleep to function’, she said.
