Step 1: Shades are key.
Okay, so the British weather is a lot more unreliable than that of LA, but a pair of sunnies can instantly take any gym get-up from glum to glam. Kendall reigns supreme as Aviator Queen, but wayfarers will look fab too.
Step 2: Invest in a good pair of black leggings.
As long as they’re a good fit, black leggings are a timeless sportswear piece that will NEVER grow old. Follow Kendall’s lead with a skintight high-waisted pair, it’ll draw attention to your best assets and stay super comfy throughout your entire workout.
Step 3: Crops are a go-go.
As above, we know the weather can be a little hit and miss, but a crop top gives a gym outfit the feminine finish it needs. It doesn’t mean baring your midriff, either – just go for one that meets the top of your tights. Remember to keep colour in mind, too. Head-to-toe black can wash you out, while a pop of colour will lift your mood and get those endorphins flowing!
