We have to give a special mention to Katy Perry’s dress choice at The Met Ball 2010. The kooky pop princess threw away the fashion rulebook and opted for a light-up electric dress from French boutique Cute Circuit, whose designs have previously won Time Magazine's Best Inventions of the Year award. Using an on-off switch nestled in her cleavage, Katy controlled the neon shades and joked about getting caught in the rain. “Fashion can be a little stuffy, so I wanted to lighten up” said Katy.
