Spot the difference It seems Lily Allen and Kate Moss both have the same fashion eye for one Topshop dress.
Kate Moss seems to be one of the few celebrities that Lily likes as she stepped out this week in one of Kates Topshop creations. Lily was snapped on Sloane street wearing Kates Baby Doll Dress from her Topshop range. After shopping at the top fashion houses such as YSL, Lily proved she likes a high street bargain as much as the rest of us.
