Kate Moss explains her award winning fashion secrets.
It's not often we get an insight into the mind of a style icon, especially when it comes to Kate Moss, but the fashion trendsetter has explained to The London Times the secrets behind her laid-back style and why she never gets it wrong. She told the paper 'I follow my feelings and just get dresses. For me, its not necessarily about trends or even interpreting catwalk looks.'
Her style might take us hours to re-create but the model offered advice about getting ready and how less is more - 'never look like youve tried too hard - or, rather, dont try too hard! Mismatching can add a much more personal touch to an outfit. Also be brave and try a new hairstyle.
Ms Moss may is the ultimate vintage shopper and explained to the newspaper just how she finds her perfect vintage piece - 'When you buy a vintage or secondhand piece, dont take it on face value - it can be altered in so many ways. Ive lopped the hem off many a full-length gown and made necklines lower. It does help to have a genius dressmaker, otherwise just do it yourself.
