Kate Middleton has technically ended her royal engagements until the birth of her little prince or princess, but that doesn’t mean she’s off home to put her feet up.
Kate may be treating us to at least one more (no doubt stellar) fashion performance before she makes the most of her maternity leave. She’ll reportedy be going to the wedding of Prince William‘s close pal Lady Melissa Percy, who’s set to wed Thomas van Straubenzee. The Duke and Duchess are said to be attending the big day at St Michael’s Church in Alnwick.
We’re having a bit of trouble picking wedding guest dresses ourselves, so we’re really excited to see what Kate Middleton pulls out of the bag this time. For her last wedding, she did some savvy recycling with a Topshop polka-dot dress and has rocked her favourite Day Birger et Mikkelsen and Katherine Hooker coats at several friends’ nuptials.
We reckon there’s a good chance she’ll be recycling the blue Emilia Wickstead dress she wore back in April. Perhaps with a more outrageous hat, like the Gina Foster one she wore to Zara Phillips’ wedding in 2011.
Can we come? Please?
