Karen Gillan has been working an array of fabulous dresses since she hit our screens and this time she didn’t disappoint on a shopping trip in Central London. The glamorous Doctor Who assistant looked suitably glam for a spot of retail therapy wearing a simple ‘60s-style shift dress complete with gold trim and Mary-Jane ballet flats.
