Jennifer Aniston once had one of the most famous hairstyles in the ‘biz. But don’t think that means she’s up for trying any style under the sun…
The former Friends star has been getting candid about her most-feared hairstyle. And we’re sorry, Frankie Bridge, but your cuter than cute pixie crop is top of Jen An’s list.
Speaking to Fashionista about how her hairdresser BFF Chris McMillan is constantly trying to get her out of her comfort zone, Jennifer said:
‘Chris has that thing where he’s like Edward Scissorhands. He just sees hair and he wants to cut it. He would love for me to go… He wants to just cut it all off, kind of like a pixie.’
‘Which I will never do’, she added.
But it’s not like the 46-year-old is against any kind of hair transformation. In fact, she’s more than open to a little colour switch-up.
‘He always likes to give it a good two inches every year, just a healthy cut’, Aniston continued. ‘He’s also suggested going back to dark brown. We play with different things. I do listen to him sometimes.’
Chris is also the genius behind Jen’s iconic Rachel from Friends ‘do, which Cheryl Fernandez-Versini recently copied, and which Jennifer has less than fond memories of… Eek!
‘He started that damn Rachel’, she told Allure magazine back in 2011. ‘I think it was the ugliest haircut I’ve ever seen. How did that thing have legs?’

‘The ‘Rachel’ was one of the hardest hairstyles to maintain’, Jen also told ABC News last year. ‘Me and the blow dryer and the hairbrush weren’t meant for each other.’
‘It really was a ‘hairdo’. When Chris would style it my hair would be great, it would look gorgeous. But then when I was left to my own devices, it wouldn’t.’
